Wellspring Medical Center

Wellspring is offering two dynamic events to help people identify their true wellness vision and set about a plan to make it happen.

The first is part of Wellspring’s Dinner Series and is scheduled for August 20. Led by Dr. Schweigert, a physician at Wellspring Integrative Medicine, The Hero’s Journey is an evening of interactive exploration. Participants will utilize prompted journaling to identify key life goals and a personal vision for happiness and wellness. The Hero’s Journey is scheduled for August 20. Social hour begins at 5:45 p.m., with Dinner and Lecture to follow at 6 p.m. The cost is $35 per person and reservations are required. Call 971.983.5250 to reserve.

The second goal-setting class is entitled Changing For Good and is scheduled for Saturday, August 23. Led by Health Educator Susan Benner, the class explores the stages one experiences when adopting a new healthy behavior, why we often get stuck, and the tools one needs to command change. for Saturday, August 23, 8–9 a.m. The cost is $20 per person. The Gordon House Sixth Annual "A Taste of Frank Lloyd Wright" Fundraiser is sponsored by BASCO, InnerCity Properties, Mount Jefferson Farms, and National Kitchen & Bath Association will be held at BASCO Showroom on NW 14 & Davis in Portland. 10th Annual Chef’s Nite Out Benefits Food Share

Returning participants and new additions will highlight the tenth year of Marion-Polk Food Share’s popular Chef’s Nite Out on Sunday, October 5th. Hosted by Willamette Valley Vineyards and Willaby’s Catering & Event Design, the much anticipated evening will see 26 restaurants and caterers and 15 wineries and beverage purveyors gather to help end hunger in our region.

New this year will be Glockenspiel Restaurant from Mt. Angel, Holiday Retirement chef Salvador Barraza, and PaPa Joe’s Taste of Chicago. PaPa Joe’s is a favorite of CNO honorary chair Gerry Frank and is located in Aurora. A complete list of participating establishments can be accessed at marionpolkfoodshare.org.

This will be the tenth year that The Severin Sisters have rocked the stage in the Great Room at Willamette Valley Vineyards. In the large tent, The Third Edition will return for a command performance, and talented musician Mark Seymour will round out the live music lineup.
