AmeriTitle Raises over $7500 for Local Charities  

AmeriTitle, a local title and escrow company, featured local singers in live-band karaoke contest AmeriTitle Idol. The event was held each Wednesday night in May at Roxxy Nightclub with proceeds from admissions and auction items going to a different charity each night.

This year the beneficiaries were:

• American Cancer Society
• Boys & Girls Club of Salem
• Salem-Keizer Education Foundation
• Salem Association of Realtors Community Fund

Bill Brost of MaPS Credit Union took home this year’s title. “We really appreciated the extent to which the community supported AmeriTitle Idol,” says Eric Templeton of AmeriTitle commenting on the weekly packed house. “It was a fun way for us to come together and raise some much-needed money for local charities.”
